Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most mixing and mastering projects are delivered within 14 days. An express 5 day delivery option is available at checkout.

  • Please export each track as WAV or AIFF (44.1 kHz / 24-bit is ideal), with all tracks starting at the same point so they line up. A rough mix and any notes are always helpful.

  • All orders include three revisions. Send through your notes and Mick will make the changes, then we repeat until you’re happy.

  • Yes - pitch correction is available as an optional add-on when you place your order.
